Based on the exploration of ‘Diagramming the Tabletop’ by Sarah Wigglesworth; a methodological design approach guides the ideas of space using the recipe verb “slice." This interpretation is applied as a conceptual site design, later serving as a material and elevation study of a culinary school in Charlotte, North Carolina.
