Lion's head Village Architectural Refresh
The architectural refresh scope includes taking an existing shopping center and identifying key areas and strategies for improvement. This included locating focal points, paint studies, facade element studies, canopy and signage suggestions, planters, furniture, and accessory structures, as well as graphics elements. This work was completed in several scopes of concept and pricing for the client to move forward at their own metrics with a local contractor.
Key Strategies:
-Create diagrams for mapping, visual aids, paint refresh mockups or representative architectural features
-Suggest design concepts for changes including architectural elements, paint studies, and FF&A
-Source and provide FF&A pricing and any drawings for permitting of fixed architectural accessory structures
