First overall refresh phase of new proposed visioning for updated storefront components, exterior updates, and new material visioning.
Ice cream shop concept in micro retail storefront. Tenant location is a walk-up concept with no interior services. I worked with the project architect to do equipment and space planning for feasibility as well as make material and vision vignettes for the exterior storefront.
High impact corner vignette rendering study for a propsective restaurant tenant. Brand colors, materials, and similar styles were used from other locations of this brand to envision the location as a potential new location for shareholders.
Additional corner tenant with adjacent greenway facing frontage. The prospective tenant was a golf simulator company with bar and restaurant concept. Vignette studies were done to visualize the space with exterior 'porch' openings of the existing building lower level for outdoor/indoor usage.
